水墨云Ink Cloud一个成立2017年的商家，至今已经成立5年。扎根IDC行业数年,积累众多IDC运营经验,致力于为用户提供高效便捷的服务。产品线丰富，主营 CDN、VPS 云主机、NAT 机、独立服务器和流量转发。我最近一直在使用这家的VPS，质量真的非常不错。工单回复速度都非常的快，今天让我们看看水墨云到底靠不靠谱，稳不稳定。

系统配置
CPU使用的是英特尔至强Sliver-4110，频率可到2.1GHz。硬盘读写速度平均在356MB/s，这个速度属于中规中矩。

电信用户建议别购买了，除非有移动或者联通的中转机才进行购买吧，移动联通的速度可太顶了。

流媒体方面基本完美解锁，十分不错。

延迟测试
延迟平均在187ms左右，丢包率这方面有点严重，应该是线路影响的问题。

总体测评下来比较一般，速度和丢包率方面就是因为线路的问题。流媒体解锁方面基本完美解锁，综合下来挺适合用于国际建站的。
